The Department requires Implicit Bias Training for all Regional Center employees and select contractors. This training helps enhance service access and equity with developmental services with steps to:
- Raise awareness of unconscious biases
- Learn strategies to recognize and address biases
- Learn how to actively change biases to conduct fair assessments
We are now accepting proposals from experts to provide this training.
